  • I worked at Ogunquit the summer of 2014 and had a fabulous time. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and as had been said, the Theatre is really well supported by the community. It is a little bit like summer camp in that the housing next to the theatre is slightly rustic, but I was very comfortable and had no complaints. The very charming town is an 8 minute walk away. Grocery runs are provided in a van you can sign up to use. If you are one of the leads, and have family or pet needs, they house you in lovely condo accomodations a car ride away from the theatre. The shows are very well produced with top notch, professional crew, and the admin staff couldn't be nicer or more professional. I absolutely loved working here and would return in a heartbeat. And I haven't even mentioned the gorgeous location by the Maine seashore. All in all a fantastic time.
  • I agree with Nycactor30. I've never felt more welcomed by a community in my life, only exception may be Abingdon, VA. The community treats you so well. It's a great place to spend a few weeks. I loved it and would kill to return.
  • Pending on your contract, there is an option to have single occupancy and a single kitchen. Laundry is very close if you are staying in the cottages, gym membership is negotiable, and there is a van that you can sign up for for getting to the grocery store. The entire community is behind this theatre, and they are VERY good to you. The beach is walkable from the theatre and there are always extra soirees during the week that keep the cast involved with the community.
